Food was good. But only 4 stars, because I always had the toilet-fresh scent in my nose, which was very annoying and you weren't asked after the meal if you wanted something.

The Pinsa was very, very tasty and for the taste and consistency of the bread 9 € is really inexpensive. The Pinsa there has 25% fewer calories so what people want to lose weight easily.

Wow! Was there for the first time today and regret not going earlier! The Pinsa was incredibly delicious * chef's kiss * (had the Pinsa Marlene) and worth every penny. Plus point: there are radiant heaters outside, i. H. it's nice and warm in the fresh air. Thanks to the hosts !!!

The service and the pinsa are great. Unfortunately, I had paster twice. Unfortunately, both of the pasta were not done.

Very long waiting times. Food below average. A little overpriced. ADDENDUM The really very nice waiter explained to us during the payment that the cook was not there and that it was therefore not tasty. We didn't have to pay for the pasta either. I just wonder who cooked our food?

The Pinsa tastes delicious. That's it then. The service leaves a lot to be desired. If you then ask or even express a wish, you have to justify yourself, even though there is not much going on in the restaurant.

Very tasty Pinsa and a successful change from the conventional pizza. A lot of dishes with delicious mozzarella. Inside and outside you sit here very nicely. Recently under a new name, but still delicious!

In my opinion the best pizza / pinsa in Frankfurt, excellent pasta, quality ingredients, especially mozzarella and the burrata. Mario is very kind, always very considerate. The only note concerns non-alcoholic beer, they could offer it of superior quality.

Good food. We would come back for the food. But the macho waiter needs to go back to ibiza: only attention to (blond) women, spills drinks while serving, although moving quite slowly, keeps chatting at tables when obviously people want to start eating, claims to speak many languages but mixes the compliments with insulting bad language(!), throws away his notes on our order and comes back without the menu, asking what we had ordered, forgets to inform the kitchen making us wait 1:20 on our pizzas, only to find out that one of the 4 was wrong (no surprise really). Corona: his mask was on his chin only. But there is hope!! His colleague (younger guy wearing an apron) is fast, friendly, servs everyone, comes to bring a round of drinks and remembers who ordered what, apologises for the long wait, wearing his mask over mouth and nose (as per german rules). Dear Ciro il Lattaio, keep up the good food and nice price but ask 'him' to return to Ibiza and give the apron-guy a raise.

Food was okay. 3 out of 5 people were satisfied. The service was not good for all 5. Trying on devil comes out to be funny. Talks a lot and is very tiring .. Doesn't have to be again

We like to eat in Isoletta. The dishes are well prepared and the service is friendly. The menu is limited, but all dishes taste good!

They serve so called “pensas” which are basically square pizzas instead of round. Very delicious food, also reasonable prices.

Very nice food

The pizza is great, the staff not so much. Reservations made online don't seem to go through, Italian customers get served with priority over others who come earlier. The pinsa is great though regardless of the choice, a ball or fresh mozzarella on top of the pizza is a must.

Made a reservation at 21 and they made us wait until 22, out in the cold (offering free beverages) without even trying to speed other tables up. Such a shame! Unacceptable.

Ciro offers a very good pinsa, a special kind of pizza, not very common in Germany but indeed tasty and good. And don't forget to try the cannolo as dessert, actually remarkable. The service is "special", in the style of an italian pizzeria, even more if you are italian - and maybe too much

Good food at a great price

Been there 3 times (both to Bergerstrasse and to Stephanstrasse) and everytime there was at least one thing that wasn't fresh (to put it very mildly) last time two friends even found mould in their cannoli!! Pity because the food in general is good, but this is a huge no go!

Be extra careful when ordering mozzarella. They served us a mozzarella that was gone very bad. Also, they’re very rude and they wanna play the Italian restaurant game. We’re not like that.

Good pizza but very mean staff. We returned twice to this restaurant but second time with the b-my voucher. The waiter was rude serving us then proceeded to complain and laugh at us in Italian behind our back for using the voucher without realizing my friend can understand him perfectly.

I was in between 3 and 4 stars and decided to go for 4, only because compared to other Italian restaurants tried in Frankfurt, this one is quite good. The ingredients for the pizza are really fresh and the place is cosy. I would go back but still doesn’t compare to Italy standards. Also - I would stay away from the tiramisu; it’s not the real thing...

Cozy Italian restaurant, have tables both inside and outside. Small but cozy inside part. Pizzas are fantastic here and portions are quite big. Service is good and quick. Personnel talks English, Italian, German. Recommended place for pizza lovers.
